Quotes and project scope

This website describes BayTap’s services and current offers. A written quote or project agreement confirms the pages, features, revisions, timeline, price and any ongoing services before paid work is accepted. Sending an inquiry or viewing a concept does not place an order, start a subscription or create an obligation to pay.

The $500 website refresh promotion

The homepage or landing-page website refresh is usually $999 and is currently offered at $500. We agree the scope and build a preview with no obligation to buy. If you like it and choose to use it, the refresh price is $500. If you decline, you owe nothing for the no-obligation preview. No deposit is required for that preview.

Domain registration, hosting, additional pages and optional features are separate and confirmed before you commit. The full business website package starts at $1,500 and is quoted to its larger scope. Promotion eligibility and the included work are confirmed when we agree your project scope; we do not add paid extras without your approval.

Website ownership and third-party services

After approval and payment, we hand over the custom website files. Domains are registered in the customer’s name. Fonts, stock images, software libraries, booking services and other third-party material retain their own licenses and terms. A declined preview is not a purchased website or a transfer of BayTap’s custom work.

You should provide content you own or have permission to use. Hosting and maintenance are optional and have a separately agreed scope, recurring price and cancellation arrangement. Search engines, review platforms and external services control their own availability and policies; BayTap does not guarantee rankings, sales or review counts.

Google review and Yelp profile products

Google NFC and QR products open the agreed Google review destination for honest feedback, without incentives or filtering customers by rating. Yelp products link to a business profile as “Find us on Yelp” cards; they are not requests for Yelp reviews. NFC requires a compatible phone and QR scanning provides an alternative.

Your quote confirms artwork, destination links, quantities, delivery and any applicable charges before production. Some product pictures are illustrative mockups, identified on the product cards. BayTap is independent of Google and Yelp and is not endorsed by them. If an order has a problem, contact us so we can review it; applicable consumer rights are not limited by these service descriptions.

Independent portfolio concepts

Portfolio concepts show BayTap’s proposed design direction for real businesses. They are not commissioned client projects, official websites, or endorsements unless explicitly identified as such. Demonstration forms do not make confirmed bookings or send requests to the featured business. Follow the verified official links to contact or book with that business.

Business names, original website captures and logos identify the subject of a design comparison. If you represent a featured business and have a concern about its inclusion, email hello@baytapdigital.com.
