BayTap Digital provides website design and related services from the San Francisco Bay Area. This policy covers baytapdigital.com, its concept pages, and inquiries sent to BayTap. Contact us at hello@baytapdigital.com with privacy questions.

Information you choose to provide

An inquiry may include your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, business type, services of interest and message. We use it to respond, prepare a preview or quote, and provide services you request. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or other sensitive information through the inquiry form or ordinary email.

The website form prepares a draft in your own email app. It does not submit to a website database, save the form fields in browser storage, or automatically send an email. BayTap receives your inquiry only if you send the email. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

When researching potential business customers, we may use publicly listed business names, websites and professional contact information. A public email address alone is not permission to receive marketing. You can ask us to stop marketing contact at any time by replying “no thanks” or emailing us.

Website visits and browser storage

Netlify hosts this website. Website delivery and security can involve technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, time, browser or device information and referrer. Hosting logs and technical diagnostics support operation and troubleshooting.

The agency site uses functional session storage for navigation, scroll restoration and recovery from a failed page load. It has no analytics scripts, advertising pixels or marketing cookies. It does not track your browsing across unrelated websites. Browser Do Not Track signals do not change the technical operations needed to deliver this site. Read our Cookie Information for details.

Service providers and external websites

Netlify processes website requests and Hostinger provides our email service. Authorized business tools, including OpenAI, may help us research businesses or handle correspondence; relevant information may be processed by those providers to support that work. Providers may process information in countries other than your own.

Agency fonts and images are hosted on this website. The Sunset Shoe Repair and San Francisco Bay Window Cleaning concept pages also request fonts from Google Fonts; those requests expose normal connection information to Google. Links to official businesses, booking services, Google or Yelp open independent services governed by their own privacy policies. We do not embed advertising or tracking services from those businesses here.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information to service providers needed for our work, when required by law, or to protect the security and rights of our business and its customers.

Retention and your choices

We keep correspondence and business records as needed to respond to inquiries, provide agreed services, resolve issues and meet recordkeeping obligations. We review whether information is still needed rather than promising a single retention period for every kind of record.

Email hello@baytapdigital.com to request access, correction or deletion of information you provided, or to stop marketing contact. We may ask for information needed to verify the request. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or an ongoing service. Rights that apply under applicable law are not limited by this policy.

We post changes on this page and update its effective date. Material changes will also be identified in a notice on this website before the changed practices take effect. Please check this page when you use the site or contact us.
